Manually tune your roasting or automate your entire process with flexible roasting controls. The industrial series VLR roaster has built-in safety controls for the gas system, inverter speed control fan and rotor, the siren alarms, the machine also includes an alarm indicating the device is malfunctioning or Attention is required when a batch is roasted and there is also an automatic gas shut-off feature if required. etc ..
