Air plays an important role in the roasting process with the new Coffee Sample Roaster, as any heat transfer to the beans takes place specifically through convection. For this purpose, an active hot air unit is transferred to the roasting drum to energize the roasting air. The rotating wings rotate the beans, lead through hot air, and ripen the beans. This tight separation of motion and air is the basis for uniform and reproducible roasting batches.
Sample Roaster Series has a batch capacity of 500g to 3kg and is therefore especially suitable for evaluating different types of raw coffees, developing recipes and creating blends.
The roasting machine is compact and beautiful. It is suitable for use in laboratories, sample roasters in coffee production, processing and exporting companies or professional roasters.
The machine is fully equipped with functions as a miniature professional roaster.
